The Program catered to middle and senior-level managers of public and private-sector organizations, MNCs, Banks, Financial institutions, Government departments, and other organizations and institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This MDP aimed at creating a foundation for understanding the challenges of working together and enhancing interpersonal effectiveness. This MDP resulted in an enhancement in the participant\u2019s ability to communicate and foster productive working relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Mr. Anil Somani, Chairman of FOSTIIMA Business School in Delhi,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> said, &#8220;Effective cooperation and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for achieving organizational goals. We were assured that this program would offer participants the necessary skills and expertise to solve collaborative problems while also growing in their field of expertise. Our Management Development Program on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;Enhancing Interpersonal Skills &amp; Tackling Teamwork Challenges&#8217;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was meticulously designed to satisfy the changing needs of professionals in the modern workplace. Our participants gained critical insights and tools for navigating complicated team dynamics and cultivating strong working relationships thanks to our engaging seminars, hands-on activities, and professional coaching. The initiative highlights our dedication to providing individuals with the resources they need to thrive in the workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Dr. Subhash Kakkar, Director, FOSTIIMA Business School<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> opened the session and shared valuable insights about the importance of team building. Sir highlighted the importance of every team member working in a team and also emphasised on synergy effect.\u00a0 The workshop, led by renowned corporate trainer <\/span><b>Prof. Samir Bhatia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an IIM-Ahmedabad graduate and successful entrepreneur, intended to provide participants with essential skills to effectively navigate team dynamics and focus on skills required to get unstuck and move on to setting norms. The program not only offered participants knowledge and skills, but it also trained them in building strong teams and developing a team performance system. The propagation methods included case studies, role-playing, close group analyses, psychometric assessments, and practical learning projects, which were combined with lecture sessions. It was a paid workshop with a nominal registration fee that covered a program kit, training materials, lunch, and refreshments for both days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event&#8217;s program directors, <\/span><b>Dr. Subhash Kakkar, Prof. (Dr.) Ruchika Yadav, and Dr. Sweety G.
